The Journal of Food Chemistry and Biotechnology (JFCB) is a peer-reviewed academic publication affiliated with Islamic Azad University, Shiraz Branch, dedicated to advancing scientific knowledge across its core disciplines. The journal provides a scholarly platform for original research articles, review papers, short communications, and case studies spanning Food Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, and the Chemical Industries.

JFCB's mission is to foster the exchange of knowledge and research findings among scientists, faculty members, postgraduate students, and industry professionals at both national and international levels. All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure the highest standards of scientific quality, originality, and integrity. The journal welcomes submissions in English and is committed to open, timely, and ethical scholarly publishing.
Journal Status & Accreditation

The Journal of Food Chemistry and Biotechnology (JFCB), affiliated with Islamic Azad University, Shiraz Branch, is currently in the process of establishing its official publication permit, institutional evaluation, and indexing status with relevant national and international bodies, including the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, the Islamic Azad University journal evaluation system, and the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC).
