Every publication is open-access with the intention of serving as a resource for academic scholars, industry professionals, and decision-makers in the fields of business and management.
Every publication goes through a double-blind peer review process to prevent bias and conflicts of interest.
The editor conducts a preliminary evaluation of every manuscript submitted.
The manuscript is subsequently forwarded for a double-blind peer review if it is determined to be appropriate for the journal's audience.
Within 15 days, reviewers are permitted to respond.
The editor then announces whether the manuscript is accepted, rejected, or accepted for revision in 10 days based on the reviewers' judgments.
The authors must make any adjustments, additions, or corrections requested by reviewers and notify the reviewers of the changes within 10 days.
If the edits are deemed sufficient by the reviewers, the paper is approved for publication, and the authors are notified.
The article is rejected and the authors are informed of the rejection along with the review process if the reviewers do not deem the alterations sufficient for publication.
