In line with the mission of universities in the Science production and publication, we decided to contribute to the growth of computer science and engineering by establishing a scientific journal of computer science and engineering innovations. The dramatic imptovement of this field of technology in recent decades requires more synergy between students, professors and technologists in this field, and we hope that this publication can take a valuable step in improving this synergy.
